My design philosophy

I apply a product and design thinking mindset to build strong foundations, craft meaningful experiences, mentor others, and elevate design across organizations.

User centered

Gather insights through discovery and validation research to inform product and design visions using strategy decks, user journeys and interfaces.

Systems thinking

Understand the different parts of a complex situation and create one piece of information that is understandable and positively affects the people that are influenced by it.

Inclusive design

Facilitate a space for ideas and include everyone in the process to build an experience which is made of everyone’s work.

Evidence driven

Use evidence to support the design of experiences in every step of the way to prove the value and impact of its outcome to the business and its users.

Impact focus

Define business strategy, prioritize product features and write business requirements, while coordinating product development in a cross-functional team.

Joyful Collaboration

Create an environment where everyone enjoys working, takes ownership, and feels connected to work towards the same goal.

I believe in design as a service capable of solving every world problem with purpose, structure and beauty.
